Morpurgo
Francesca Morpurgo graduated in philosophy with a thesis in logic and obtained a PhD in logic and epistemology at the Sapienza University of Rome, where she conducted research on the creation and management of knowledge in complex organizations. She later worked as a content manager and information architect for various internet companies and as a UX consultant. Actively engaged in several volunteer organizations, she is currently both a researcher and a municipal councilor for the II Municipality of Rome, where she serves as president of the Youth and Educational Policies Commission. Thanks to her diverse and multifaceted experience, she is particularly interested in the philosophy of technology, especially artificial intelligence and its ethical implications, as well as pedagogy and education sciences. As part of her commitment as a councilor, she is also dedicated to promoting EU policies at the local level and studying the most advanced policy and technological solutions (such as data-driven decision-making processes, innovative uses of digital identity systems, distributed co-creation platforms, and innovative participation tools) with the aim of raising awareness and facilitating their application within public administration.
